Kodak Insite Creative Workflow

The INSITE Creative Workflow is a web-based system that enables teamwork and improves efficiency of creative development.  You can share, proof and approve files over the Internet, track project status, and support your creative professionals while keeping tight control over content creation.

Online proofing built in

The solution includes the KODAK Smart Review System, a proofing client which allows multiple stakeholders to simultaneously review images and files over the Internet. Its pixel streaming technology enables reviewers to work on the full-resolution production file.  In addition, reviewers can zoom in to the pixel level and measure sizes, check colors with a densitometer, make annotations on images, approve or reject files, and compare recent to previous versions.

Extending the value of your services

The INSITE Creative Workflow provides a way for your customers to manage and create their own jobs, while also closely working with you. This collaborative working relationship helps you build a loyal customer base. You can host the system and offer it to customers so they can collaborate with their clients and staff or use it in-house—your own design staff can offer collaborative design services to customers.

• Project and Library Customer Groups – You can now group projects and libraries for a particular customer and provide more relevant and specific content to all stakeholders.

• Desktop Client File Synchronization – Reduce errors and job turnaround by automatically synchronizing elements stored within the desktop client with the source files located on a server.
